Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Slidebolt. If you are using Slidebolt on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using Slidebolt, including text, projects, and brand settings ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Does not violate applicable laws
• Does not infringe intellectual property rights
• Does not contain unlawful, abusive, or harmful material

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Slidebolt for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Upload malicious code

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Slidebolt require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). By subscribing, you agree:

• To pay all applicable fees
• That subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled
• That you are responsible for managing your subscription

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Slidebolt and all related software, branding, and design elements are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce the platform
• Use our branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the Service

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features, perform maintenance, and update the Service. We are not liable for temporary interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that the Service will increase engagement, reach, or revenue. Use Slidebolt at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slidebolt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Slidebolt at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access may be revoked and your stored content may be deleted.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Minnesota.
